· Negotiation Assistance Services – BRCC assists in defining project specifications, costs and expectations, assuring complete contractual agreements that meet the needs of all parties involved.

· Project Management Services – BRCC will keep you updated daily on the status of your project with one point of contact through the entire process and complete documentation.

· Quality Assurance Program - BRCC will help coordinate quality assurance and on-time scheduling between you, the builder, and your sub-contractors. (This saves you time and money and allows you to focus on other issues).

· Customer Contact Guarantee- Periodic updates via digital pictures, email or snail mail.  Your customers will be up-to-date on the progress of their new home with our guaranteed callback service, ensuring answers to questions when they’re needed – GUARANTEED!
